Still City - Jerry's Records documentary

Vinyl never dies. It remains relevant to collectors, selectors, and music enthusiasts of all ages. While record stores still exist worldwide, there may be none quite like Jerry’s Records in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood, which has been a beloved destination for music and vinyl lovers for almost a century.
My upcoming film called Still City features a segment that delves into Jerry Weber's enduring love and passion for music through vinyl records. This segment, filmed many years before Jerry's passing in 2022, offers unique insights, reflections, and experiences. Jerry shares stories about the store's beginnings, his profound love for music, and a memorable encounter with the legendary DJ Jazzy Jeff at his shop. Jerry's Records is and will always be a cultural institution and a treasure for the city of Pittsburgh and beyond.
